ESAB Spoolarc 70 is a  molybdenum-alloyed, copper-coated wire used for submerged arc welding of  non-alloyed and low-alloyed steels. A low carbon, medium manganese, low  silicon, 0.5% molybdenum wire, Spoolarc 70 is designed for use on creep  resistant steels where impact properties are required and is ideal for use with  structural, ship-building, pressure vessel and pipeline steels. 

Spoolarc 70 may  be used for single or multiple pass welds and meets SFA/AWS  A5.23: EA1 classification.
